Bespoke window sashes in St Albans

Together with my son, James Black, we made these bespoke replacement sashes with double-glazed units, carefully keeping the original look of the old sashes. This was for a bay window in St Albans, and the result blends modern performance with the charm of the original design.

A recent project in St Albans – fitting a brand new Sapele handrail to this staircase. Sapele is a beautiful, durable hardwood with a deep reddish colour that really stands out once polished. Really pleased with how this one turned out!

Oak Staircase in Oaklands,Welwyn

Michael has just finished 2 projects for us. Very impressed with speed of comms, quote, lead in and time on site.

Quality of work met the brief fully. 1 project demanded quality joinery of piecing in and repairing window and door frames. The other was more basic but Michael took both in his stride.

I approached Michael with 5 rooms to have flooring fitted, he gave his professional opinion and the best advice on which types of flooring he recommended. He was so helpful and always available to talk.
